RETURN POLICY

Return PolicyIn-Ear Earphones Return Policy: Within 30 days of your order date send us an email to Returns@EarphoneSolutions.com and request an RA number. Please include your Order or Invoice number and/or your name.
  • Models SCL5, SCL4, SE420, SE310, SE530, UM2, SA6, MXW1, IE8, IE7, IE6 and Triple.fi - Your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a 15% restocking fee (NO restocking fees on exchanges for an item of equal or greater amount).

  • All other models - Your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a flat $25.00 restocking fee per set (NO restocking fees on exchanges for an item of equal or greater amount).
Why do we charge restocking fee? - We must charge this fee because we cannot resell returned items (for the simple fact that these go inside your ear canal). This will cover shipping to and from the manufacturer and any other fees for replacement for a brand new unit. That is how we guarantee you a fresh, brand new, factory sealed product.

REFUNDS: once we receive the product and inspect it, we will credit your card for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost and any applicable restocking fees as outlined above.

EXCHANGES: if the item you want is of a lower amount than the original purchase, the restocking fee will only apply towards the difference. If you exchange for another item of same or greater amount, the restocking fee will be waived entirely. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please INCLUDE A NOTE specifying the NEW item you want.

These items are non-returnable: opened packs of sleeves, products marked "Non-returnable" Click for details, custom sleeves and all other small accessories.

Products initially sold with FREE shipping: the credit amount will be reduced by the original cost of shipping or $7.50, whichever is greater, and any applicable restocking fee outlined above.

Instructions:

  • Please DO NOT return the product to the manufacturer

  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FEDEX Insured for shipment. Earphone Solutions cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please mark the outside of the shipping box with the Return Authorization Number (RA N. _____). Boxes without an RA number marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in original condition including all supplied accessories.
  • At the time of your request, we will provide you with the return address.
