How much is shipping?
Simple! Orders shipping within the US (including AK, HI, APO) are FREE! 3 DAY is only a flat $5, 2 DAY is only a flat $9 and 1 DAY is only a flat $25, no matter how much you buy! For details, take a look at our Shipping Policy.
How long does it take to get my order?
You shouldn't have to wait to get your order! Orders placed by 3:30PM EST will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders within 4 days using the free shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please see here a list of countries and the shipping rates: International Shipping. Most shipments will cost between $19 and $25 via FedEx Priority (transit time is only 2-3 days). For customs details please contact your local FedEx office as this varies greatly from country to country.
Can I track the status of my order?

Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via USPS and FedEx with the fastest and most reliable services available.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
If it's an apartment and over $150, yes. When it's an expensive set of earphones (over $400), yes. If you're not home, we can alaways ship to your work address in which case please enter that address for shipping. You can override this signature requirement by typing on the comments field: "No signature, I understand I will be responsible for any loss" and we will not require signature.
